This page provides a comprehensive overview of all incidents across the servers you monitor. The incidents are displayed in a detailed table format, allowing you to quickly assess the status and details of each incident.
Page includes a table where Monitor name, Status (down or cannot resolve), date and time of the incident, status code and corresponding message is shown.
By default, the page shows all incidents from all servers. There is also a dropdown button above the table where you can select a server name.
The incidents table includes the following columns:
Monitor Name: The name of the monitor that detected the incident.
Status: The current status of the incident (e.g., Active, Resolved).
Date & Time: The timestamp when the incident was first detected.
Status Code: The HTTP status code returned during the incident.
Message: Additional information or error message related to the incident.
To help you find specific incidents, you can filter and sort the table by various criteria:
Filter by Status: Show only incidents with a specific status (e.g., Active, Resolved).
Sort by Duration: Sort incidents by the length of time they have been active.
Search by Monitor Name: Quickly find incidents related to a specific monitor.
Clicking on an incident in the table will open a detailed view, providing more in-depth information about the incident, including:
Incident Timeline: A chronological view of the incident's lifecycle.
Root Cause Analysis: Insights into the potential causes of the incident.
Resolution Steps: Recommended steps to resolve the incident.
Stay informed about incidents with real-time notifications:
Email Notifications: Receive alerts via email when an incident occurs.
SMS Notifications: Get SMS alerts for critical incidents (coming soon).
Push Notifications: Receive push notifications on your mobile device (coming soon).
